Dominique has a strong trackrecord with guiding companies (in different industries) through ITO and BPO ventures. Next to his strategic business understanding, he is an expert in vendor management and relationship improvement. As an outsourcing expert, Dominique is regularly invited to share his views on outsourcing trends through essays, lectures and keynote speeches.

Bart is an attorney, registered with the Antwerp Bar, and specialising in (international) commercial law, with a particular focus on intellectual property, technology, media and telecommunications law. In this capacity, he represents clients in protecting, managing and enforcing their rights, in particular in transactional matters, such as development, outsourcing and service level agreements.

Koen is a contract and vendor management expert with 15 years of experience in sourcing, bid management and customer relationships. Over the years, Koen gained profound hands-on experience in outsourcing deals including near- and offshore components. Having led bid management teams in the IT and medical devices sector, he is a strong analytical thinker with a problem-solving attitude, strong interpersonal skills and a positive and open mindset.
